The exhibition “Designed and Made in Russia” presents contemporary Russian object design as a cultural phenomenon and a visual reality that reflects current artistic, technological, and social ideas. Originating from the 4th All-Russian Object Design Competition-Biennale, the project extends beyond the format of a traditional exhibition: in 2025, it is presented as a traveling exhibition bringing together venues at the Kazan Kremlin and the historic setting of Izborsk.
The exhibition features around 200 selected works chosen by an authoritative competition jury — design objects, decorative art pieces, and experimental projects that demonstrate contemporary approaches to material, form, and function.
